• Participation is open to Sales Managers on the reseller sales team for approved qualifying new deals successfully closed-won within the defined incentive period. Eligibility applies to deals closed in Q2, Q3, or Q4 that meet the minimum net value   thresholds outlined above.
• Promotion is valid only for approved qualifying New Deals as communicated to Partners by Syteca.
• Promotion applies to approved qualifying Deals due in Q2 (April-June), Q3 (July-September), or Q4 (October-December). (This excludes Q1)
• To be eligible for the promotion, POs must be received by Syteca by:

o June 30, 2026, for New Deals due in Q2

o September 30, 2026, for New Deals due in Q3

o December 31, 2026, for New Deals due in Q4

• Fulfilment will be made via electronic gift card, issued to the nominated contact person at the Partner organization and delivered to the valid company email address.
• Fulfilment will be made at the end of the month following the end of Syteca’s financial quarter in which Syteca receives the purchase order (PO) for the qualifying deal.
• Awards are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent is available.
• Partner is responsible for any taxation liability or declaration of reward amounts received as required under the Partner’s policy or by law.
• Government employees/officials or the immediate family members of a government employee/official are ineligible to receive any award under this Promotion.
• By participating in this promotion, the Partner represents and warrants that its participation complies with all applicable laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, and provisions, including, without limitation, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended.
